How to read this atlas

Scores are research synthesis for orientation — not official government rankings or admissions advice.

What the scores mean

  • Credential intensity — high-stakes exams, streaming, degree-as-gate.
  • Agency orientation — learner choice, projects, portfolios.
  • Entrepreneurial exposure — real builds vs theory-only business study.
  • Durable-skills emphasis — explicit systems thinking & problem framing.
  • Reform velocity — documented pivots in the last ~10 years.

Important: Country/system scores (0–100) are directional synthesis for comparison — not official indices, PISA ranks, or government grades.

What this is not

Not a PISA substitute. Not a claim that one country is “best.” Not financial or career guarantees.

Hero stats: The 39% figure and analytical-thinking rank are from WEF Future of Jobs 2025. The ~2.5-year technical skill half-life is widely cited (e.g. IBM training research; similar industry figures) — it is not a single McKinsey Global Institute universal constant.

Skill-row half-lives in the observatory are illustrative teaching ranges, not lab measurements.

Curated by Cosmic Essence Education as a public reference and bridge into founder readiness measurement.

Confidence labels

  • Observed — grounded in widely cited policy or reports.
  • Synthesized — comparative judgment across sources.
  • Projected — scenario (e.g. 2050 era).
