The first time a student sits down and plans their own life — on purpose.

Book a Readiness CallSchools teach compliance. Parents want independence. In between, the student is stuck — freezing on choices, outsourcing direction, or drifting into whatever is easiest.
I start at around 12 because that is when this actually lands. For the first time in 12, 13, 14 years of their life, they sit down and plan how the next year — and the next five — should look. Not because a parent said so. Not because a teacher said so. Because they chose it.
"They set goals that are meaningful to them. And they understand why decisions matter — and how to make better ones."
— Atray Agrawal
Why decisions compound. How to make better ones. Frameworks and mental models from physics — first principles, inversion, bottlenecks, leverage — applied to their own life, not a textbook problem.
They write goals that are theirs. Then we turn those into a year map: what to do, what to ignore, and a review rhythm so the plan does not die in week two.
Seven days in a row, one hour each. I speak for part of it. Then we work. By the end they have an annual plan they can actually use.
Inventory. Past decisions. Patterns. What they actually value when the options are limited.
Frameworks. First principles, 80/20, bottlenecks, inversion. Then three major goals that survive a sceptical adult.
The year map, one leverage habit, a review system, and a public commitment so it does not stay in a notebook.
Written by them. Goals, constraints, and the next actions — not a vision board.
The year laid out so they can see where the work actually sits.
Small enough that they will do it. Identity-based, not willpower-based.
Daily, weekly, monthly questions so the plan keeps moving after day 7.
I teach entrepreneurship through physics because the same laws show up in businesses, in habits, and in the way a life actually moves. I have taught 195+ students. This intensive is the first rung — clarity before they try to build anything.
"I've gotten immense clarity about my goals through this intensive. I'm super clear and excited about my future now!"
"My child came home actually excited about planning. Not just homework — their own goals. That shift from 'I have to' to 'I want to' is everything."
"Atray didn't just give me strategies — he changed how I think about business. The physics lens is unlike anything else I've encountered."

12 and up. Younger than that, the work does not stick the same way. Mixed cohorts are fine — the older students often pull the younger ones up.
This is not tutoring. High-achievers are often excellent at following directions and weak at setting their own. That gap shows up later, when nobody is handing them a syllabus.
That is a good reason to come, not a reason to wait. We use thought experiments to try on futures before they commit to one.
No. Design Your Life is clarity. Future Founders Bootcamp is build-and-sell. The Fellowship is mentorship for a global competition. This is the first step if they do not yet have direction.
