Learn to build. Learn to sell.
Eight weeks. A real problem. A product they actually make. Then they take it to humans who did not already love it.
Ages 13+ · 8 weeks · Live cohort
"Learn to sell. Learn to build. If you can do both, you will be unstoppable."
— Naval Ravikant
Most teen programs stop at a slide deck. Future Founders Bootcamp does not. In eight weeks we compress the real loop into something a teenager can actually run:
We do not start with “what product should I make?” We start with what is broken for a real person. First principles. Inversion. Conversations with humans outside their circle.
A digital product, a simple website, a D2C thing — whatever the problem demands and whatever can ship in this window. They build it. I do not build it for them.
Calling. Emailing. DMing. The idea has to leave the room. A pitch to judges is the last week. Selling to humans is the work.
It has the high-energy parts. It has the boring parts. That is the point. They should know what entrepreneurship actually feels like before they decide they want more of it.
I do not teach formulas. I teach the laws that already govern how things move — then we use them on the venture. Friction, momentum, bottlenecks, leverage, compounding. Once they see it, they cannot unsee it.
First Principles · Inversion · Compounding
A named problem that would survive a sceptical adult — not a school-project prompt.
Friction · Inertia · Activation Energy
Where people actually hurt, and a solution that can ship in 8 weeks.
Bottleneck · Flywheel
A model that does not collapse when someone asks “how does this make money?”
Leverage · Surface Area
Outreach. A pitch. Proof the idea left the room.
Something they built from scratch in the window — digital, D2C, or another form the problem demanded.
Who it is for, how it makes money, where it bottlenecks. Stress-tested in the room.
Calls, emails, DMs — logged. Not theoretical. Most programs skip this. We do not.
They present the work. They field questions. That recording is theirs.
What they do not walk away with: a promised revenue number, a funded company, or a promised college letter. Those are not ours to sell. Students who do the work have something real to point to. That is the point.
195+ students. Physics teacher. Founder. I stay on the live calls — there is no rotating cast. The Bootcamp is the snapshot. Students who want the longer, competition-grade track go on to the Future Founders Fellowship.
"Atray didn't just give me strategies — he changed how I think about business."
"They made me curious about both Physics and Maths."
"I've gotten immense clarity about my goals through this intensive."
